Join Our Team:
  Norwich City College is seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Reception and Administration Team Member. As a Reception and Administration Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Hair and Beauty department, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and students.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality when dealing with personal client data
  • Support students within the curriculum area, offering guidance on commercial and academic domains
  • Collaborate with lecturers and trainers to maximize opportunities for student assessments
  • Organize skin testing and maintain quality of the reception area
  • Utilize IT systems effectively to manage salon services and support student training
  Requirements:
  • Level 3 or above in Hair and Beauty/Customer Services (or equivalent)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  Salary Range: £9,195 - £9,391 per annum (actual)
