About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Care Team Member, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a care environment
  • An NVQ level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
