As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard clinical care, mentoring junior staff, and promoting a positive, person-centred environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with flexible shift options available.

Key Requirements:

  • (Essential) At least 2 years' experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting
  • (Desirable) NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification
