Job Overview
We are seeking two experienced Registered Managers to join our team at Mayflower Court, a specialist dementia and enhanced needs residential care home. As part of our innovative management structure, you will collaborate with your Deputy Manager to deliver high-quality care across the entire home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining a thriving, supportive community for residents, families, and staff. This is an exceptional opportunity for dynamic leaders who thrive in collaborative roles and share our passion for delivering excellence in dementia care. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record as successful CQC Registered Managers, with a focus on delivering outstanding results for CQC inspections. A Level 5 Diploma and Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required, along with in-depth knowledge of dementia care and related best practice. Experience in successfully recruiting and selecting employees, achieving compliance, and driving continuous improvement is highly valued. The estimated salary for this role is circa £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
