We're looking for two highly experienced and ambitious healthcare professionals to join our team as CQC Registered Managers at Mayflower Court. As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding care, we offer a competitive salary package of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- To lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing person-centred care to residents living with dementia and other enhanced care needs.
- To ensure that all care delivered meets the highest standards, as outlined by the CQC, and drives continuous improvement.
- To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional care and services.
- To work closely with the leadership team to drive innovation and excellence in dementia care.
