The Residential Services Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality services to residents while managing resources within a residential service. This role involves overseeing all activities, assets, and personnel associated with this area of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the needs of residents are met in accordance with contractual arrangements at all times, identifying opportunities for improving the service where possible.
  • Manage Activities: Knows and adheres to all Company policies and procedures, Company Philosophy of Care, and Equal Opportunities.
  • Manage Resources: Contribute to financial resource management, manage physical resources, and maintain company/housing association assets within their area of responsibility.
  • Manage People: Train and develop the team, manage performance and conduct, contribute to morale, motivation, and team working.
  • Manage Information: Manage the integrity, availability, communication, and confidentiality of information sources.

Salary and Benefits
