We are looking for an experienced Residential Build Inspector to join our team in Norwich, Norfolk. The salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per year.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to work on residential new build and refurbishment projects, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality management and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and defects.
- Provide detailed reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections and report findings.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency across projects.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the residential construction sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
