We are seeking an experienced Care professional to join our team at Norse Care, providing care and support to individuals in North East Norfolk. As a Locality Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleagues and community health professionals, and overseeing the day-to-day supervision of staff.

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity, covering annual leave and sickness on days or nights, with homes located across 8 of our services in North East Norfolk. You will require a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across West Norfolk.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and be passionate about supporting others by providing exemplary care.

**Salary:** £14.50 (nights) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme
