Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in Norwich North, covering days and nights. This is a casual position, requiring you to work across 9 of our services in the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and community health professionals.
  • Lead and motivate staff, working closely with home managers to oversee daily supervision and care delivery.
  • Champion resident independence, using expertise to provide creative solutions and empower informed choices within person-centred care plans.
  • Travel across West Norfolk, holding a full UK driving licence.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, such as care, supported housing, or health settings.
  • Passion for delivering exemplary care and upholding core values: caring completely, collaborating proactively, acting with integrity, pursuing better, and making it happen.
