Care Home Leader

Coburg Banks Technical is looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential home in Mundesley, near Norwich. This role offers a unique chance to bring positive change and grow your career while enjoying the coastal lifestyle.
We're seeking a compassionate leader who can ensure residents thrive in a warm, supportive environment. As the Registered Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care in a home that's highly regarded by its stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills in a care setting, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and a drive to achieve Level 5.
The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum, and you'll also receive 33 days of holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays). You'll have the opportunity to lead and expand a home with a fantastic reputation, inspiring a team of dedicated care staff and making a lasting impact on the lives of those you care for.
