**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to patients and their carers
  • Work collaboratively with senior staff and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Educated to GCE/GCSE (Maths and English or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of working in a caring capacity (desirable)

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary: £26,292 - £32,191 per annum (£24,011 - £29,632 pro rata) depending on experience
