Producer Services Coordinator

Job Summary
Dale Farm, a leading dairy company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Producer Services Administrator to join their team at their Head Office in Belfast. This role will provide administrative support for members and customers as part of the Farm Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide principal administrative support for the new Parlour Care function, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the admin team to manage service orders, purchase orders, and GRNs, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
- Liaise with the Stock Controller and service engineers to facilitate stock ordering and invoicing, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Offer backup administrative support across various functions, including Tankcare, Producer Payments, and Dairy Herd Management, providing a high level of service to members and customers.
- Become proficient in a range of software programs, including Navision, Core Milk, and Storm Admin, to effectively manage tasks and data.
- Provide telephone support for Dale Farm members and customers, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the Farm Services team.
Requirements
- A good standard of education, with a minimum of 2 years of administration experience.
- Desirable: administration experience gained in the agricultural sector.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing information requirements of the business.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Core Milk, Navision, and Storm Admin or similar is desirable, although full training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a member of a team within a busy, high-volume department.
- Ability to handle a varied workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
