Producer Services Administrator

Dale Farm, a leading dairy company, is seeking an experienced administrator to join its Farm Services team at its Head Office in Belfast. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to members and customers, working closely with the Producer Services Manager and other team members.

The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing administrative support for the new Parlour Care function
  • Working with the admin team to process service orders, purchase orders, and GRNs
  • Liaising with the Stock Controller and service engineers to assist with stock ordering and invoicing
  • Providing backup admin support across various functions, including Tankcare, Producer Payments, and Dairy Herd Management
  • Becoming familiar with software programs such as Navision, Core Milk, and Storm Admin
  • Providing telephone support for Dale Farm members and customers
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, a minimum of 2 years administration experience, and a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Core Milk, Navision, and Storm Admin or similar is desirable, although full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be energetic, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work as part of a team in a busy department.
