Job Title: Producer Services Administrator
About the Role:
Dale Farm is a leading dairy company supplying a wide range of branded consumer products and food ingredients into the UK, Irish, and international markets.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Producer Services Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Belfast. As a key member of our Farm Services team, you will provide administrative support to our members and customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the new Parlour Care function, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Work closely with the admin team to process service orders, purchase orders, and GRNs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Liaise with the Stock Controller and service engineers to assist with stock ordering and invoicing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide backup administrative support across various functions, including Tankcare, Producer Payments, and Dairy Herd Management.
- Become familiar with our software programs, including Navision, Core Milk, and Storm Admin, to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
- Provide telephone support to Dale Farm members and customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a good standard of education and a minimum of 2 years of administration experience. Experience in the agricultural sector is desirable, but not essential. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
