Role Overview

As a Producer Services Administrator, you will work closely with the Producer Services Manager to provide essential administrative support to our valued members and customers within the Farm Services team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for the new Parlour Care function.
  • Collaborate effectively with the administration team on service orders, purchase orders, and goods received notes (GRNs).
  • Coordinate closely with the Stock Controller and service engineers to ensure smooth stock ordering and invoicing processes.
  • Contribute to various operational functions including Tankcare, Producer Payments, and Dairy Herd Management.
  • Develop proficiency in utilizing software programs such as Navision, Core Milk, and Storm Admin.
  • Provide timely and efficient Helpdesk support to Dale Farm members and customers.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as required to support the team's objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a strong educational background and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within the agricultural sector. Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential requirements. Training will be provided for specific software applications.

The successful candidate will possess a positive and energetic attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
