Job Description

This role is a remote opportunity with the requirement of occasional visits to customers/Atos offices. As a member of our UK & Ireland-based team of accessibility professionals within Atos' global practice, you will be part of a B2B services team providing services to enterprise clients and engaging with bodies like the Business Disability Forum and the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage accessibility test resources allocation across multiple accounts and customers.
  2. Provide quality assurance on projects and provide feedback to junior team members.
  3. Mentor and train new hires and junior members of the team so they understand our service methodology and work to a consistent standard.
  4. Independently perform accessibility audits of web pages, desktop applications, and mobile apps, using accessibility testing tools and assistive technology products.
  5. Write and evaluate Accessibility Conformance Reports, describing accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accessibility and related fields.
  7. Show flexibility and adaptability, able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines.
  8. Have a high degree of initiative and autonomy coupled with an ability to function successfully as part of a team (in person and virtual).
  9. Manage multiple, strategic partner relationships at the Executive Level as well as supervisor level.
  10. Have direct previous experience in manually testing websites to ensure conformance to WCAG 2.
  11. Understand accessibility evaluation tools and methods in both web and desktop environments.
  12. Hold IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist certification or equivalent, such as Trusted Tester Version 5 (TTV5).
