Senior Digital Accessibility and Inclusion Role

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital accessibility and inclusion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to ensure our digital platforms are accessible and inclusive for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital accessibility strategy that aligns with industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility and inclusion thinking into our digital products and services
  • Provide training and education to teams on digital accessibility and inclusion principles
  • Conduct accessibility audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure accessibility and inclusion are integrated into our business operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading digital accessibility and inclusion initiatives in a large complex organization
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
