Head of Accessibility and Digital Inclusion

As a key member of our UK & Ireland-based team, you will play a crucial role in managing accessibility testing activities, performing accessibility audits, and developing assistive technology interoperability strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accessibility test resources allocation across multiple accounts and customers.
- Provide quality assurance on projects and provide feedback to junior team members.
- Mentor and train new hires and junior members of the team to ensure they understand our service methodology and work to a consistent standard.
- Independently perform accessibility audits of web pages, desktop applications, and mobile apps using accessibility testing tools and assistive technology products.
- Write and evaluate Accessibility Conformance Reports, describing accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accessibility and related fields.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, able to quickly change direction based on stakeholder or management direction, while remaining organized and meeting tight deadlines.
- Work effectively as part of a team, both in person and virtually.
- Manage multiple strategic partner relationships at the Executive Level and supervisor level.
- Have direct previous experience in manually testing websites to ensure conformance to WCAG 2.
- Understand accessibility evaluation tools and methods in both web and desktop environments.
- Hold IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist certification or equivalent, such as Trusted Tester Version 5 (TTV5).
