Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital accessibility strategy, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility and inclusion thinking into the organization's culture, through training, consulting, and stakeholder management.
- Define and execute a digital inclusion strategy that goes beyond mere compliance, focusing on creating a more inclusive and accessible digital experience for all users.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across various disciplines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and delivering digital accessibility programs, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address digital accessibility gaps.
