Care Specialist for Individuals with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at The Cambian Group, a leading provider of care and education. As a Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with profound deafness, significant hearing loss, or complex needs in a residential home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, travel, care planning, meal planning, and social activities.
- Liaise with parents, professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving license.
- The willingness to learn British Sign Language (BSL).
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.

- A competitive hourly rate of £11.92-£12.54 per hour.
- A sleep-in rate of £32 per night.
