As a Complex Needs Assistant Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality support services that cater to the unique needs of each client. This will involve working closely with our dedicated team to develop personalized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust support strategies as needed. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
With a focus on promoting client autonomy and independence, you will work to empower clients to make informed decisions about their care and support needs. We estimate that the annual salary for this role will be around £28,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
