Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Heathy House, a leading rehabilitation service focused on promoting recovery and independence. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and challenges in self-care, productivity, and leisure.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Deliver group and one-to-one interventions that enhance daily living skills and social inclusion.
  • Lead on the development of OT pathways and contribute to service-wide improvements.
  • Occasional travel to support our multisite services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Recognized Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 2 years in mental health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
