**Job Description:**
An experienced Occupational Therapist is required to join our team at Heathy House, a leading rehabilitation service focused on supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Provide high-quality OT interventions to promote recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and challenges in self-care, productivity, and leisure.
- Deliver group and one-to-one interventions that enhance daily living skills and social inclusion.
- Lead on the development of OT pathways and contribute to service-wide improvements.
- Occasional travel may be required to support our multisite services.
Key Qualifications:
- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 2 years in mental health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits:
