Adult Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced adult care specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As an adult care specialist, you will work with older people who are physically disabled and their carers, ensuring that statutory duties are met under the Care Act.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Out of area hospital discharges
- Safeguarding enquiries
- Assessments completed in line with Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights legislation
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in social work, current Social Work England registration, and significant frontline experience in Adults Social Services within the UK.
