**Job Title:** Contact Centre Senior Supervisor
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Senior Supervisor to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of contact centre agents, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of contact centre agents to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling and staff allocation
- Evaluate team performance and make adjustments as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**Salary Information:** Up to £32,000 per annum
