Senior Contact Centre Leadership Manager

Teleperformance International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contact Centre Leadership Manager to join our team. As a Senior Contact Centre Leadership Manager, you will play a key role in driving business performance and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining a healthy programme performance scorecard based on annual strategic plans, managing client escalations processes, and participating in client/prospective client meetings as required. You will also be responsible for building relationships and working closely with own team and key stakeholders to achieve optimum performance and engagement levels.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the contact centre industry, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
