We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at NRG.

As a key member of our HR function, you will provide support to the People team and be assigned to a defined sub-region of the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Employee Relations: Providing support with employee relations processes to managers and leaders.

Onboarding:** Supporting with the onboarding of new staff.

Sickness Absence:** Managing sickness absence and updating people records.

Analysis and Reporting:** Monitoring and addressing absence trends. Analyse and report data.

Relationship Building:** Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and members of the people team.

Collaboration:** Collaborating with the Partnering Team to understand local business needs.

Policy Support:** Supporting with changes in policies as and when they arise.

Compliance:** Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Support to the People Team:** Providing high-quality support for the people team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our HR function.

We offer a competitive salary between £26,000 and £28,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including private medical insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, and income protection insurance.
