About the Role

The Senior Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes but is not limited to: supervising staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing inventory, controlling costs, and monitoring performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership: Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers and staff to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  2. Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations when possible.
  3. Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and stocking of inventory, ensuring optimal levels to minimize waste and maximize sales potential.
  4. Cost Control: Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
  5. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on operations and customer service.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems, including point-of-sale and inventory management tools.
