Requirements

To succeed as a Restaurant Operations Manager at Pho, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in General Management (bar or restaurant, or both)
  • A big passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Confidence in financial management and ability to deliver P&L reports
  • Experience communicating with suppliers
  • Comfortable using systems such as Pronet, Open Table, Zonal, and Harri
