About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support various HR functions, including administering and implementing HR policies and procedures. This role requires a solid understanding of employment law and expertise in conflict resolution.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and implement HR policies and procedures
  2. Regularly update policies and provide guidance to line managers
  3. Assist in the recruitment process and exits
  4. Support onboarding processes for new hires
  5. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven 3 years min experience in human resources or a related field is essential
  • CIPD level 3 or above
