Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Business Administrator to provide high-level support to our Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent administrative services, with a strong focus on organization, time management, and communication skills.

Main Duties of the Job

Key Result Areas:

  • To provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • To work closely with operational managers to standardize administration practices across comparable services within the Directorate.
  • To adapt existing systems and processes to meet new pathways and models of care, ensuring continuous improvement of practices in response to service demand and need.
