Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality care to all patients under your clinical responsibility, ensuring comprehensive management of those you personally attend to.

- Engage actively in clinical governance initiatives within the specialty, attending designated clinical governance sessions as outlined in the job plan.

The Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is dedicated to providing comprehensive ophthalmology services to a diverse population in Mid and West Kent, serving approximately one million residents. Services are delivered at the Eye, Ear, and Mouth Unit (EEMU), a state-of-the-art facility connected to Maidstone Hospital, with outpatient services available at multiple locations.
