Role Overview

Account Manager - Retail Tech

Annual salary: £60,000 + bonus incentives.

We're a high-growth start-up company leveraging our unique technology and business model to disrupt the retail industry.

This key role will focus on managing large enterprise retail accounts, with some responsibility for smaller clients and new business outreach as part of organic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage enterprise-level retailer customer accounts, reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving financial and non-financial outcomes through effective account management.
  • Leading blue-chip clients and projects underpinned by clearly defined client plans.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in developing client-led plans / budgets and implementing a digital / physical client contact program.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and expand client networks.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and experience of profit and loss management.
  • Experience with software used to automate customer relationships.
  • Candidates who are comfortable presenting client business reviews and plans.
