About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs that meet the needs of employers and learners alike.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of L5 or above sector-based professional qualification, with at least 3 years' experience working within the specialist sector listed in the job description. You will also possess expertise in delivering apprenticeship standards and a deep understanding of the People Professional Level 5 and Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 qualifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive apprenticeship programs that align with industry standards and employer requirements;
  • Working closely with our training team to ensure seamless delivery and support to learners;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry developments;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective training strategies;

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years' service up to 28 days;
