In a specialized school for children with various learning disabilities near Epsom, we seek dedicated professionals with sensitivity to help these kids succeed.

Role Overview

This team member will collaborate closely with fellow experts and senior teachers to ensure each child receives appropriate care and support as they navigate learning challenges.

Candidate duties include implementing flexible lesson planning, maintaining records, and liaising with family members.

Responsibilities and Skills
  • Work one-on-one or with small groups depending on student needs, finding effective ways to convey knowledge and address issues
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each student to inform strategies for progression
About You

You must be experienced working in schools for students with SEN, able to communicate effectively with diverse people, and willing to obtain a DBS clearance before starting the job.
