**Position Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Skyline Personnel Ltd's primary school in Surrey. As a key support professional, you will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure students receive the best possible education.

**Main Responsibilities:**

  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials as needed
  • Work with small groups or individuals, providing targeted tuition and support to help them meet their academic targets

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Meet HLTA standards or hold an equivalent qualification or be willing to complete it
  • GCSEs in English and maths (A - C or equivalent)

**Ideal Candidate Characteristics:**

  • Recent experience in a teaching assistant or HLTA role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Possesses high expectations for student achievement

**Salary Range:** £22,000 - £26,000 per annum
