Therapeutic Learning Support Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graduate Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Academics Ltd's SEN School.
In this role, you will work closely with qualified Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) to deliver specific interventions in small group and 1:1 settings.
About the Role- Support the class teacher in developing and implementing individualized education plans
- Provide behavioral and pastoral support to students
- Establish strong relationships with students to foster a positive learning environment
- Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to meet individual students' needs
Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver targeted support for students' language acquisition
Work alongside SALTs to implement evidence-based interventions
