Dedicated Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with students with SEMH/SEN needs in our school. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide targeted support and create a positive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities- Implement strategies to support students' academic and social development, ensuring they access and thrive in mainstream education.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt lesson plans, making them inclusive and engaging for all students.
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, helping them build confidence and independence.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of SEMH/SEN needs. Relevant qualifications or experience in education or special needs support are highly valued.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $48,000 - $58,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of your contribution to our students' success. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a workplace pension through LGPS, occupational sick pay, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
