At IQVIA, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Senior Sales Executive. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth in the South London and South Coast regions, focusing on the launch of a new product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, execute strategic sales plans, and utilize innovative sales support tools to exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets and business objectives across Hospital and Community settings. They will work closely with the NHS prescription arena, maximizing promotional expenditure to ensure a positive return on investment.

The role will also involve developing and executing a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with company marketing strategy. The candidate will leverage sales data analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize target accounts, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Foster enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, obtain formal endorsements for target product lines, and negotiate pricing agreements in line with company guidelines. Coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) attendance at educational events.

Requirements for the role include prior sales experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, in-depth knowledge of the NHS environment, and ability to map procurement and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
