Job Summary: Social Work Professional Children and Young People Disability

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced social worker to join our team at Frontier Consulting. As a key member of our Children & Young People with Disability Service, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, including completing reviews of care packages, developing support plans, and collaborating with colleagues and partners to deliver seamless service delivery. You will need to have a Social Work degree and have completed your ASYE. Additionally, you must hold Social Work England registration.

About the Role:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet key performance targets
  • BUILD strong relationships with children, young people, and their caregivers to develop effective support packages
  • Liaise with partners within and outside the council to ensure efficient and effective services
  • Competent in writing high-quality reports and skilled in advocating for the individuals you work with
  • Aware of safeguarding concerns and able to refer them promptly
