We support adults with autism who require assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and accessing community resources. Our goal is to empower them to live independently and confidently, pursuing their interests and passions.

Our service users are unique individuals with varying needs and abilities. We tailor our support to meet their individual requirements, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting their independence and well-being, making a positive impact in their lives.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality support to adults with autism, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Participating in sleep-in shifts and being flexible to work between 7am and 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary and Benefits

As a Support Worker with Lifeways, you can expect a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive funded health and social care qualifications, free DBS check, and access to employee assistance programs, highlighting our commitment to your personal and professional growth.
