We are seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team at Consensus, where you will help individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.
About the Role
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing daily care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Helping individuals to engage in leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and mental well-being
- Communicating effectively with service users, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
Benefits
