Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical and Administrative Assistant to support our Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in Cygnet Manor and Cygnet Views. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the SLT to deliver one-to-one and group therapy programmes, support staff in embedding communication recommendations, and provide administrative assistance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • An interest in Speech and Language Therapy and experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to follow delegated tasks
  • A genuine desire to help others and enthusiasm for providing person-centered care
  • Ability to use a computer and basic IT skills
