Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Administer medication safely and effectively, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Background in person-centered care planning, including experience working with individuals with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
