In this pivotal role, you'll be a key member of the Mansfield Local Mental Health Team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality adult community care services. As a Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6), you'll work closely with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues to ensure effective service delivery
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions to receive guidance and support
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use are essential requirements for this post, enabling you to efficiently navigate your caseload and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits Package
  • Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
