We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting others. You'll work closely with our experienced team to provide person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to work across various services in the East Midlands, including Sherwood House, Sherwood Lodge, Cygnet Hospital Sherwood, Storthfield House, Cygnet Manor, Cygnet Views, and Cygnet Lodge & Grange (ABI).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing enhanced care and support to individuals with complex needs;
  • Assisting with medical and welfare needs;
  • Safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment;
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and families;
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

A competitive salary of approximately £24,500 - £30,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
