About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our Clinical Education Team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including dealing with external and internal enquiries, passing on messages, and maintaining electronic and manual filing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with external and internal enquiries and queries from within the Clinical Education Team itself, and other areas within the Trust.
  • Pass on messages as appropriate to the relevant person/team in a prompt and timely way.
  • Use initiative to deal with routine and some non-routine problems that may arise and be aware when to escalate issues to the Lead Co-ordinator, or other Leads/Manager.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining efficient electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and inputting of accurate data on hospital systems.
  • Manage your own workload to ensure completion of the full range of your tasks using the knowledge, skills and experience you have gained and be able to support other team members to undertake the full range of administrative activities when required.
