About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Clinical Education Team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Education Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teaching and education programmes, as well as the administration of student placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with external and internal enquiries and queries from within the Clinical Education Team and other areas within the Trust.
  • Pass on messages as appropriate to the relevant person/team in a prompt and timely way.
  • Use initiative to deal with routine and some non-routine problems that may arise.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining efficient electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and inputting of accurate data on hospital systems.
