Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison Specialist to join our team at Bromford, a recognized Great Place to Work organization.

About the Role

As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will work independently to manage a patch of around two hundred homes, ensuring they are well maintained and customers are aware of their responsibilities. You will provide coaching and guidance, managing tenancy sign-ups and changes, anti-social behaviour and safeguarding, as well as court work and evictions where necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenancy sign-ups and changes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to residents
  • Manage anti-social behaviour and safeguarding
  • Work closely with maintenance and lettings teams
  • Effectively allocate empty homes and manage customer expectations around repairs

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be someone who genuinely cares about people, with resilience and experience of managing a busy and varied workload. You should be a good communicator, self-starter, and curious individual who is not afraid of having difficult conversations.

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management
  • Strives to achieve performance targets, maximising customer satisfaction
  • Tenacious and resilient, with the ability to achieve the right outcome
  • Capacity to coach and see the best in people
  • First-rate influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
  • Access to a vehicle and a full UK driving licence

What We Offer

Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
