Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom Bromford Full time

At Bromford, we're looking for a dedicated Community Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a permanent, full-time role, you'll work independently to manage a patch of around two hundred homes in the Cirencester area (GL7).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about people and has the skills to guide customers in better managing their homes. You'll work closely with our maintenance and lettings teams to effectively allocate empty homes, manage customer expectations around repairs, and escalate any property maintenance issues.

To be successful here, you will need to be someone who is resilient, has experience of managing a busy and varied workload, and is a good communicator. Self-starters who are curious and don't shy away from having difficult conversations will thrive in this role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management, and strive to achieve performance targets while maximising customer satisfaction. They will also be tenacious and resilient, able to coach and influence others, and have a reputation for first-rate relationship-building skills.

If you're passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and have the skills to match, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
